Before using your PowerPlay PS4 Wireless Controller, you will need to sync it to your gaming device (PS4/PC/Mobile). There are detailed instructions on how to do this here.

Firstly, please follow these steps:
1. Power off your PS4 and controller
2. Unplug the controller from the console, then power on the PS4
3. Once the PS4 has booted up, connect your PowerPlay PS4 Wireless Controller using the provided USB-C cable
4. Once you see a flashing light on your controller, press the Home button to sync. The light will stay blue once synced
5. If the light does not stop flashing, please power off the controller by holding down the Home button until the light goes out
6. Follow steps 1 to 3 again, making sure the controller is unplugged at first.

If you continue to experience issues connecting your controller, please check this setting whilst the controller is connected to your console:
Settings → Devices → Controllers → Communication Method → and ensure Use Bluetooth is selected.

Unfortunately, PlayStation doesn’t support our Mini Keyboards, but the good news is that our full size keyboards will work perfectly with PlayStation consoles.
